Our niece graduated from high school this year.  We'll be attending her Open House next weekend.

Card Stock:  Garden Green and Whisper White
Ink:  Garden Green
Folder:  Perfect Polka Dot
Punches:  Scallop Oval
Stamp:  Not Stampin' Up!
Tassel:  White embroidery floss

Base:  8 1/2" x 5 1/2"; Scored at 4 1/4"
2nd layer:  4" x 5 1/4"
3rd layer: 3 1/2" x 3
4th layer: 3 1/4" x 2 3/4"

I sponged the edges of all layers with Garden Green ink
The ends on "Congratulations" are done by punching just one side of the Scallop Oval punch
