Flower Birthday Card

I made this for a friend of mine for her birthday later this week.  I enjoy trying new folds and techniques.

I used the Stampin' Up! Stamp Sets "Reason to Smile" and "Petite Pairs".  Card stock is Regal Rose, Melon Mambo and Very Vanilla.

I used my scoring board for the background pattern on the Very Vanilla on the right and for the border on the left.  The squares for the background are 1/2".  For the "dots" in the center of the squares, I used the Melon Mambo Stampin' Write Marker.

I also used markers to color the flower stamp prior to stamping to get the multi-colors.

Base:  4 1/4" x 11"
Score: 5 1/2" and 8 1/4"

The score at 5 1/2" you'll fold forward; the score at 8 1/4", you'll fold backwards.
