93rd Birthday Card

My Great Uncle will be turning 93 in November.  My dad asked me to make him a card to send.

I used Stampin' Up! Night of Navy and Bashful Blue card stocks.  The background is done using the Stripes folder.  The numbers are not Stampin' Up! dies.
