Living Room/Dining Room - Before/After

As I mentioned in an earlier post, we moved to a condo last month. I wanted to share the improvements that we've made so far. It's not a big place, so there will only be a few posts. It's not much bigger than our previous house, but is arranged much differently and has features that we were looking for other than a walk-in closet in the master bedroom.  This condo is in really good shape, we just updated it to our taste. 

This is what we've done so far - all new flooring in living/dining room, bedrooms and bathrooms. Whole house painted (except for ceilings), all new outlets, switches and covers, new globes for ceiling fans, new door knobs (one broke, so we replaced all of them). That's all that was done that included these 2 rooms. We are still planning on updating the vertical blinds along with curtains or valances. We also have a new table and chairs on order, but are delayed due to Covid.

It's hard to tell in the pictures, but we have all new carpet as well. In the before pictures, it's a medium blue. In the after pictures, it's a medium gray. The little table next to the window will be moved underneath the flag. We are still looking for bar stools.
