Vacation Planner Booklet - Madison, IN

I had 10 straight days off from work during April.  We went out of town for a few days to a small town in southern Indiana.  I created a few pages for my Vacation Planner I started a few years ago.  I don't go on vacation often, so I don't have much in that planner.  Once I'm finished writing on the pages, I'll add them to that planner.  I enjoy creating single pages and special projects to provide a different creative outlet from planning.  I find I enjoy Memory Planning more than decorative planning out my week.  I will caption each picture and list out the products I used at the bottom of this post.

Day 1 - I had lunch with a friend and ran some errands
Day 2 - I had a hair appointment that morning with my daughter, then in the                                             evening I attended a fundraising event that the company I work for                                                            sponsored.

Day 3 was Easter.  My daughter had an Easter Egg Hunt for
my 2 youngest grandsons.  They had so much fun!

Day 4 was mostly a traveling day.  We stopped by our favorite pizza place,
La Rosa's on our way to Madison, IN.  Then got to our Airbnb, unloaded and
chilled for most of the evening.

Day 5 we had planned on shopping, touring the mansion
and wondering around town.  With it being a Tuesday, most of the shops
were closed and no tours through the mansion.  We did walk around
town, at lunch and went over the bridge into Kentucky for a little while.

Day 6 - We finally toured the Lanier Mansion, had lunch in town at River Town Grill.
Then we went to Hanover College to see some of the river views and stopped
by a discount grocery store on the way back to the house. Later we walked to dinner at
Red Pepperoni Pizza from the Airbnb.

Day 7 we went to Clifty Falls.  I'm not a fan of hiking, although I tried
and quickly realized I wasn't interested.  LOL  We were able to easily walk to
a couple of the falls and get pictures.  For lunch we walked to
The Red Pepperoni Deli from our Airbnb.  We then went back to town to stop by a
couple of stores that had been closed earlier in the week, then we
stopped by Scoops for ice cream.  It was delicious!! It started to rain,
so we went back to the house and chilled for the rest of the evening.

Day 8 we traveled back home (about 2.5 hours).  We stopped at a couple of
fabric stores on the way, had lunch at Mama Bears Pizza, stopped at Hobby Lobby
before getting home.  We got unloaded and everything put away, then went out to dinner.

Day 9 we went to one of my grandson's ballgames, then out to dinner
Day 10 - I went to my oldest grandson's ballgame and then
dreaded going back to work the next morning.

I included a journaling page for me to share some of the
                                                        highlights and our favorite things.

I did a full page for our Bingo night
