Weightlifter Punch Art Handmade Card

I made this card for my guy a few weeks ago. He started going to the gym in January and has stayed very dedicated to going. We are eating better than we were, but not as good as we could be. He's lost 30lbs, so he's doing great!  I think he'd like to lose another 10-20.

This was fun to make. I got the idea from this card I found on Pinterest. I made adjustments to make him look more like my guy. 

I love making punch art cards, but they are definitely time consuming.

Punch Art Drum Set Handmade Birthday Card

I had a lot of fun making this Drum Set card for my brother. Punch art cards are my favorite to make. I got the basic idea from Pinterest.   He lives in FL and is a member of a band, Just 4 Fun. I'm hoping to get down there next year to listen to them play.  He's been playing since he was a teenager.  I miss going to listen to play.

These are the supplies that I used. I used Stampin' Up! papers and inks. Papers are Cherry Cobbler, Basic Grey, Basic Black and Smokey Slate. The smaller drums are 3/4" squares. The Happy Birthday stamp is Stampin' Up!  The J4F stickers I've had for a long time.

Handmade Coca-Cola Birthday Card

I work for Coca-Cola, and mostly with the drivers. I decided this year that I wanted to make birthday cards for each of them. I used Stampin'Up! card stock. The "Coca-Cola" I wrote with a sketch pen on my Sillouette.  Hopefully the drivers will like the cards throughout the year. These are just the first 2. I plan on making each one a little different. I gave the first one to a driver yesterday, and he was very pleased with it.  He's artistic, so I was glad that he liked it.

Dachshund Thank You Card

I love making cards using Punch Art. My dad and his wife keep my dachshund when I'm gone, so I thought this was appropriate. I found the idea on Pinterest.

40th Birthday Card

I made this card last year for a friend that turned 40 last year.  It was a fun one to make.

A Little Wine

One of my friends is a wine lover, so this is what I did for her birthday this year.  I gave her a mission last year to help me find one wine that I liked.  She was successful.  I'm not an alcohol fan, so it wasn't an easy task and it's still the only one I care for.  I don't have the link where I got the pattern for the wine bag.  Pinterst wasn't working, so I had to search for a pattern and wasn't able to pin it.

41st Work Anniversary

One of my coworkers has been with the company 41 years this year!!!  She worked her way up to management, then stepped down a few years ago to a less stressful position until she retires in a couple of years. Can you imagine working for the same company for 41 years??

Father's Day Card

My Dad is a big Kermit the Frog fan, so when I saw this on Pinterest earlier this year, I knew I had to make it.  I love making punch art cards. Of course, when I went to his house, I forgot to take the card along, so he just saw a picture.  :)  I'll give it to him this week when we meet for lunch.

There weren't any instructions, so I copied the best I could. I used Stampin' Up! ornament punch for his head, heart punches for his tongue, circle punch for his eyes and the pennant punch for under his head. "dad" is from the Family Reunion stamp set and "Happy Father's Day" is from Teeny Tiny Wishes.

40th Birthday Card

I made this card for a friend and co-worker that turned 40 last week.  I got the idea for the wine glass from Pinterest.

The card base is Stampin' Up! Pumpkin Pie.  The wine is Cherry Cobbler. The polka dot paper I picked up at Hobby Lobby a while back.  The bow on the glass is Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine.  The "4" is from a punch set I picked up at a rummage a while back.  I didn't like the "0" in the set, so I punched a 1/2" circle then punched around it with a 3/4" circle.  

"Realtor" Cards

I have a friend that is a realtor, so I was playing around with making some Thank You card ideas for her and other agents in her office.  I cased the basic ideas from cards I found on Pinterest.

Baby Elephant Card - Girl

I LOVE this card!  One of my co-workers and his wife are expecting their first child this month.  This card is so fun to make!  Here is the link, since I CASED it from Pinterest.

Sweet 16 Ladybug Birthday Card

I made this card for my niece who will turn 16 on May 21.  Boy how time has flown!

Turtle Thank You Card

I had fun making this card.  I found the turtle on Pinterest and had a friend I wanted to make a card for using him.  He's helped me "come out of my shell" over the past year, so I thought it was fitting.  :)

I found the pattern for the turtle on Tarheel Stamper.  I used different colored card stock than she did.  I used Garden Green, Wild Wasabi, and So Saffron.  The stamp set has been discontinued.
